At Mansur Studio ("we", "us", or "our"), we place great importance on protecting your privacy and respecting your personal data while you play our game, TriStone Boom ("Game", "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how your data is processed, stored, and protected when you use our app.

By downloading and using the TriStone Boom app, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.

1. Data Collection and Data Storage (Local Storage)

To provide your gaming experience, TriStone Boom does not collect or transmit information that directly reveals your personal identity (such as name, email, phone number, etc.) to external servers (cloud).

All your in-game progress and profile data are stored exclusively on your device (locally). This data includes:

• Player Profiles: "Player Names" created for Single Player (vs. AI) and Two Player (with a friend on the same device) modes.
• Game Statistics: In-game scores, leaderboards, and time spent in the game.
• Two Player Mode Data: Optionally saved 2nd Player information that can be deleted from within the game at any time.

This data is never extracted from your device, is not transmitted to Mansur Studio servers, and is not shared with third parties.

2. Advertisements and Third-Party Services

To offer our app for free, advertisements are displayed within the game. We use Google AdMob or similar third-party ad networks to serve these ads.

These third-party service providers may collect anonymous device identifiers, IP addresses, and general usage data to provide ads suited to you or to measure ad performance.

• The collection of this data is beyond our control and is subject to the privacy policies of the respective ad networks.
• In-game advertisements can only be permanently disabled by purchasing the one-time "Remove Ads" (Pro version) option within the app.

3. In-App Purchases

TriStone Boom offers a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase option to provide an ad-free experience for its users.

• Purchases are processed entirely through the secure payment infrastructures of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Mansur Studio cannot access, collect, or store any of your financial data, such as credit card, bank account, or billing information.

4. Data Deletion and Management

Since all your game data is kept locally on your device, data deletion is entirely under your control:

• 2nd Player Data: You can permanently delete the 2nd player's information at any time from the in-game settings or profile menu.
• Deleting All Data: When you uninstall the game from your device or clear the app's data/cache from your device settings, the profiles, scores, and playtimes you created are permanently deleted from your device. (Deleted local data cannot be recovered).

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA and GDPR-K Compliance)

TriStone Boom is a safe puzzle game designed for players of all ages. Our app does not knowingly collect any personal data from children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Union). Our ad networks are configured in compliance with store rules for child-directed services (Family Policy).

6. Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in accordance with updates to store rules (Google and Apple) or legal requirements. When any changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will be revised.
